A school is like a garden where the future grows. Every seed has innate potential and qualities which if nurtured well by the gardener, can achieve optimum growth. Similarly every child is gifted with some inherent capabilities and it becomes a great responsibility of the school to nurture him/her well so that s/he discovers his/her dormant qualities and also imbibe good values and virtues. This will help him/her to become a content, happy and pragmatic citizen.
Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir was founded in 1986 with the sole objective of providing quality education to the children of Ghatsila and surrounding areas. It runs on the values of Gurudev Sant Nandlal who himself was a teacher by profession. The school aims at providing collaborative and facilitative environment using latest technologies and methodologies. Not only our students are learning but our teachers are also regularly upgraded so that they can provide best education with global approach. The school atmosphere resonates with love and bliss. A positivity in the school premises, which in turn enables better learning and teaching. We make sure that our students engross moral and cultural values and emphasize on critical thinking, self-learning and self-exploring.The school runs continuous professional development and discussion programme for the teachers to enable smooth transitions which are demanded by the changing times.
Our students participate in most of the international, national and state level competitions and come out with flying results. Competitions such as NTSE, NSTSE, KVPY, various Olympiads are few of the platforms where our children partake. This kind of participation induces confidence, courage and determination among students which helps them to face any kind of challenge in any part of the world. Earlier the children had to leave Ghatsila from very early age for better education, but now they have privilege of getting finest education within the comfort of home suburb.
We, at Sant Nandlal Smriti VIdya Mandir, feel proud and humbled when we see our students doing well in all spheres of life. The very presence of divine energy which we feel at the school premises has helped thousands of children to explore themselves and synthesize into respectable and successful human beings.
